I took a chance in using this app and have been blown away by the level of service and support from the team at PayWhirl. This app allows our customers to easily sign up for a subscription service and took only a bit of tweaking on our end. And they're constantly updating with new features and services. Great product and great people.

Paywhirl is a great app for people wishing to offer subscriptions and, though not it's intended use, I'm finding it great for allowing customers to pay for high-ticket artwork over longer periods of time via monthly payments then I ship out when all payments have been collected. It's been secure and reliable and incredibly helpful for managing what can otherwise be a big admin burden to manage : ) Their support chats and calls are amazing - great communicators and listeners!

The rep was very helpful and walked me through everything I need. He was also extremely patient with this boomer. Most importantly he told me I could use shopify payments with my PayWhirl subscription products and that information alone was worth all the time spent in putting this together. Love the product!

I worked with Sergey from PayWhirl on customizing on how my home-page subscription looked like and he was so good, he was very quick in his responses, he made videos for me to walk through the process of changing things and he explained things really well. PayWhirl made this process easy! They seemed to understand that there were a lot of people who were new to e-commerce, so they give you easy options for support calls. I spoke with Lincoln, and he was patient as he followed along on his test page so he could see what I was seeing. He made every step easy and even helped me calculate which plan was best for my business (which was NOT the highest-cost version!). Painless! Highly recommended.

This is by far one of the best apps ever on Shopify and definitely the best subscription app. I have used the previous version of the Paywhirl app for almost three years now and recently added this new version to our new magazine title's store. It looks fantastic, it is easy to use, it integrates really well. It quite simply does everything we need it to and so much more.
The Paywhirl team and the customer service provided is second to none. Every single time I have emailed the team the response is not only quick but they go above and beyond to help. I should say the questions I have are not issues with the app in anyway as I have never experienced any issues with it. I have even asked for help with my Facebook conversions and the team did a bit development work for me to help. Something that was in my view beyond their remit.

Chose PayWhirl after fully exploring all 3rd party subscription options, and am very pleased. Great app, easy setup & execution, and possibly most importantly, excellent support. Very responsive, really helpful with troubleshooting, theme help and suggestions. Highly recommended.

Really solid tool for recurring payments. A lot of functionality and customization available out of the box. Highly recommend PayWhirl.
