It is easy for a start for a new store owner. Because of their plan. Let me see how it goes with the whole Opinew product reviews and will update.

Update: The app is very easy to use and the support is just outstanding and with all the features it offers..It surely is the best review app in the market hands-down!

Fantastic Customer support. Had an issue getting reviews up because product page was built on GEMPAGE EDITOR and needed to implement custom codes, which i'm not to familiar with.

Great Customer Service, they are constantly updating their app, they respond very quickly. I am impressed with the level of attention and service, and customization that they offer. It seamlessly imports reviews. BEST APP I HAVE ON MY SHOP!!!
