I didn't know how to implement the advice. I know I need keywords and blog posts but it did nothing to help me write them.

Easy to install but hard to identify the benefits and if it's working.
i barely got this app. How could i rate it?
Provides plenty of opportunities for enhancements in way of SEO, but asks for review immediately as a means of garnering Google cred. Hmmm.
After working through for a while, these are areas of concern:
--does not identify specifics. Tells you that "this page needs a longer header" or "H2, H3 subheading," but does not identify which page. Or, if it does, it is impossible for me to figure out which page it might potentially be referencing.
--says that the heading needs to be longer, with a format looking something like "men's winter parkas/ Bob's Jacket Store" . This is just wrong. Even the Plug In SEO does not format their page headings in this way. If you look at any site headings, they are all formatted "site name/page title/other specifics" . Not sure what that is all about.
These issues bothered me a bit.
The app store description is deliberately misleading and looks as though you can access all parts of the tool as a small, new store using the free plan. After installing, I immediately found I could not use the broken link checker because it is a premium feature (among several other prominent features). Please make this more clear in your app store descriptions before price-gating your features.

They really didn’t take the time to understand my niche market. They questioned my keywords which where the top rated by google AdWords. Page titles and headings where generic and keywords added to certain pages had nothing to do with the products on that page. Unfortunately was left very disappointed in the work performed

Our recommendations came from intensive research, looking at what your target customers are searching for (user search intent) That's a very crucial part of SEO. Then we included these keywords in the text on your website, AFTER you've checked and given us the go-ahead signal to implement.
Of course, it's your call which text to use but since you've already removed our access we can't revise to exclude/include things you don't like or like nor can go with your suggestions.
Google Adwords is very different from organic SEO (which is what we do). They have different marketing approaches.
I suggest you get in touch with someone who is an expert with Google Adwords and they will be able to give you better advice.
I will keep you posted once your refund request has been approved and processed.
Since the work is carried out as described on the Basic SEO Package you purchased, the work must be reversed to get the refund but we will let you keep our SEO Experts work and I'm positive you'll be able to see good results and hopefully, this will change your review of our app.

I used the trial but now I can't end it. The program makes you notice that your page has issues but would be great if can show you the liquid file you need to modify even add the line number.

This is good to get some advice, but even with the $20 plan you'll have to do everything manually (meta tags, headings, etcc...). Basically you'll end up paying $240 / yearly to get some short guide about basic SEO instructions. You can get it for free on thousands of free tutorial on-line.
To have some "fix" on your webiste the dev. of the app asks for extra fees.
So I don't get it... What I should pay $20 / monthly for??
Again, I associate the word "APP" to something that does the human job in an automatic way.
This is not!
Adding the same "meta description" to all the pages of the website is not a big help.

Waste of time. I followed the step-by-step instructions to fix the problems. When the application checked again, it found again the same problems (the problems I had corrected with the application's instructions). LOL :-)
