we have been using this app for a few years and the pop up we use at checkout is very handy for providing offers to our customers. There easy to create and we use different ones depending on the seasons. I find with some apps that the customer service is not great but there always easy to get hold of and happy to help with issues i maybe having

I am disappointed in the app maker.

They had a problem this week, in August 2024, where their system crashed and lost live poptins. That left our store giving away free product for no reason. I was not notified. I only learned that my poptin wasn't working by visiting my own website for a different reason. Support insisted that they emailed everyone, but I did not receive an email which could have prevented this problem. There was no email in our spam folder as well. This was the most disappointing part. On some other occasions, the product did not work as well and support corrected those issues, but it was frequent. The product is good when it works. I was most upset in the newest incident, which was insulting that they insisted that they emailed. I get all of their emails, but not this one...hmm.

It integrates smoothly with our existing setup.
Overall, we're satisfied with its performance.

Been using Poptin for years. every service has native pop-ups, but these ones have loads more features and are easy to setup and track.

So far so good! Working on getting exit intent popups going and with so many amazing features, it's easy to get a little confused when you have a goal in mind but are still learning to navigate the platform. Benjir was wonderful in assisting with my technical questions and the solutions were so easy to navigate. Looking forward to maximising the platforms full potential!

This is a great app, easy to configure and loads of options to show to the right audience at the right time. We use on both our domains and have rules setup for different intentions. The support team are very helpful when you have a query and respond really quickly with advice.
