Postscript is amazing. Blown away by what it can do. I'm very excited to see the results, best SMS app I've seen! The onboarding was so easy and fantastic. Thanks Andrew for building something that actually is helpful to new customers!!! :)
I used to LOVE this app, until they change their billing, I currently have only 400 sub on my list, I was paying $25 a month for 2500 credits, which was good for my growing business, I decided to try their free plan little did I know I'll be charged .15 for each text. Which is so unfair!!! I hate that I switch my plan. I'm going to find another provider that cares!! Not fair for growing businesses!!!!
I love this app because it's one monthly price, the trial was 30 days which gave me so much time to adjust to the system and literally fall in love with it. The automation was set up with a lick of a button. I love how I can insert gif into my automation to make it my own.

I've been hearing some great things about sms marketing. I'm so glad i chose this app. The customer service is probably the best so far. Shannon has been helping me ever since i downloaded this app and Omg is she funny. I feel like I'm working in an office right next to someone on my team! Getting work done and enjoying the process is the feeling i get using this app! Im looking forward to the rewards!
I switched to this app from another text app and I am glad I did. I found it easy to use and is helping me grow my text list. I also liked the free 30 day trial which helped me get familiar with the app and made it easier when it was time to choose a plan that suited my needs. I had to take off a star because it's not that easy to insert gifs. The other app I switched from had a library of gifs to add to your messages but with postscript you have to go to another website to save the gif you want and then upload to postscript. I was having an issue uploading the gifs and reached out for help. Tyler helped me right away and stayed on the chat with me until we got it fixed. The customer service was great and he was very helpful! Thanks!

I've only been in business for a few weeks and I downloaded Postscript to help create a text subscription to gain an audience to help market my brand and reach customers. The app is extremely easy to use and I've sent multiple campaigns so far. Since I'm a new business and I'm want to keep my startup costs low, I love that there is a free plan available that offers all the features I need.
Top notch support and great integrations. Messaged for help with keywords and got a response in seconds. Excited to explore this new SMS sales channel with Postscript!
Postscript was recommended to me as the leading SMS platform for Shopify, and they have some good features that are hard to find. However, the honest truth is I can't say Postscript is reliable enough to recommend. It's littered with bugs and frequently either fails to send automations or sends them in error, which is a real liability to our communications with our most valuable customers. I've probably spent weeks of my time as a founder working with their support team to resolve bugs and problems with their product. Customer support was initially helpful but frequently fails to follow up and requires reminders from me to solve problems. A recent issue with Postscript caused an order to initiate without a customer's consent, and 7 weeks later we're still waiting on an explanation or resolution. I've worked on software startups for a decade and cannot understand the poor technology execution at Postscript. They are abundantly capitalized, with a large engineering team, and the product cannot be relied upon to do what it promises to do.
