This message is for the Shopify Community, I haven't been able to have a proper test so far. I'm just in the process of setting this App up, but I couldn't wait to share how impressed I am with the level of customer service they provide to make sure we get this done. I'll update this review after about the SMS Marketing capabilities.

Unbelievable customer support, I have never seen something like that ever. Thank you Porshai for what you did to help me. I could not think that such support could be offered by a company representative. Keep up with this great job what you do. And about the app itself - huge opportunities to build any flow you can imagine. Excellent.

I love how Postscript not only allows me to segment my customer but their automations have been a blessing! We have just started using them and I love the set it and leave it portion of automations, such as abandoned cart.
Loving that I can segment for texts, letting me reward the top customers vs. spending a lot of money texting the entire group! Can't wait to figure it out to the max potential!

We recently made the switch to Postscript and have been extremely impressed with the customer service (shoutout to Zev!), the ease of the platform, and the integrations Postscript offers us. Their CS team is always available to help and answer questions. It's easy to setup new automations and campaigns that drive revenue and grow our SMS list and last but not least Postscript easily integrates with many platforms/tools we already use to give our customers a cohesive experience.

Installed this app 2 weeks ago and noticed an immediate difference in sales and conversion. Integrates seamlessly with Shopify - I had to do almost nothing to get automations such as back in stock, browse abandonment, etc alerts running. Really intuitive and easy to use. Support is super responsive and helpful. Very excited to see the difference this app makes over the course of the next few months!
