This app works really well, I use it for my new arrivals. Perfect for new arrivals, sales, etc. Awesome
Every time I try to set up a countdown, it asks for a review and opens a new tab to the review page. However, it doesn't save my work and I can't see any of my countdowns. Seems like I can't actually do anything even though I already left a review.
It only had worked one time, after the one time it is now completely nonfunctional. Really disappointed in this app.
We peovide 24x7 chat and chat can be initiated by anyone. If you faced any issue you should chat with support and we would have love to solve the issue. Several sites are using and it works perfectly. There might be something you were doing mistake which can be easily solved. Harming by giving 1 star without even requesting support to solve your issue is not the great way. We are small tiny developers and 1 rating demotivates

cannot say how it is. pop up is appearing before the use, unless and until i use it how one can rate.
am currently trying out the app and it looks very promising. The only thing not so cool is that you have to rate the app.
