We had an issue with our site and our forms accidently were deleted from our site. We have many different forms that we use on each different page, so it would have been a major pain to add back into our site manually for each page.
The team at POWR did an incredible job at restoring all of the forms that we used previously with little to no hassle on our end.
The forms work great for us and easily allow us to get information from our customers.
I would recommend POWR for your Shopify site!
Mithsou and the rest of the team were extremely helpful. I had a very specific situation, with multiple steps that needed attention. I never had to re-explain my issue to anyone or deal with a brand new agent or even follow-up. When I got busy, Mithsou offered solutions, and fixed my issue quickly. Works perfectly - I have been using this app for many years, and it's the best form builder plugin I've found - plus it does a whole lot more useful things that make your website look so professional! Highly recommended.
Excellent form builder, for a reasonable price. Has everything we need such as branching logic and conditional fields. Integrates well with our storefront. Not complete bug-free but customer service has always quickly responded and solved our issues, which is nice!

I use a few different POWR apps and am happy with all of them. The form builder is easy to use and intuitive. I also like that it gives you multiple options for publishing the form.
