Platform is easy to use and very versatile. We had an issue with the email notification, but the support team resolved it very quickly.
While this app may not be the absolute best in its category, it certainly holds its own. I tested 8 similar apps, and for me, this one stands out as the best choice.
*Arlyne, the customer service agent, was excellent and provided all the assistance I needed.
Richcarde did solve my problem about not seeing my forms when I logged into Power. But I could access my forms from Shopify. The form builder app does let us create useful forms for our application. It provides a Mailchimp and Google Sheets interface too.

We found it useful initially, but then was no longer working with our platform/site.
Customer service with POWR staff however was exceptional and very responsive.
I've been using this Form Builder since 2016 and it just keeps getting better. They are current with adding new features to constantly improve, and the customer support is quick and helpful, Mithsou was a pleasure to work with and answered all my recent questions. Definitely recommend!
