When you fill out one of the forms you go to a 'success screen' that tells the user they have successfully completed the form. Except the content for this success page is put far far down into a page - which gives the effect of loading a blank page. I contacted the support, who eventually wrote to me and said they had to escalate this issue to a different support team - sounded promising. A week later and after me writing several times to see what the progress was, I got an email saying "there's no workaround to make the submission success message appear on top" They suggested if I know someone who can do advanced coding I could try customising the form's CSS.
We sent out the form for a few people to test, and they all reported back that the form didn't work because after submitting it they were sent to a blank page.
The app is as good as useless to us, the support very slow and didn't resolve what for us is broken functionality - so we will be deleting it and choosing another app.
The app provides an unusable service, why am I being prompted for this? Please cancel my charge! “What happened?

Please accept our sincerest apologies concerning the server issue you experienced. Please know the downtime you referenced in your review was not a result of our failure, but caused by our hosting provider, Heroku.
Their entire network went down for 6 hours, which in turn directly affected the entire POWR network.

App is very easy to use, and the support is excellent. I expect they will continue to add new features. The design tools and conditional logic led us to this solution over others we evaluated.

I use this app for capture additional information after ad order like vat id or other data and it is fantastic

Very confusing app. I have been struggling to find the write way to integrated Captcha in email sign up and was referred by shopify to this one. Unfortunately it looks like this one doesn't register the emails properly. I was getting suspicious as nothing was registered since I installed this one and today I tested it out with my email and saw that nothing goes through. Not sure if I can recommend.

Thanks for trying our app and apologies for the issue that you faced.
I see that you were able to add the app to your site but the app does not have the ability to automatically connect to your Shopify Subscribers list.
You can easily do that by going to your app settings > Integrations > Shopify.
If you also wish to receive email notifications of new submissions you can enter your email address by going to app settings > Notifications > Email to Form Admin. You can also view your user submissions history on the app dashboard by going to settings > View Form responses > Responses.

I just released my website and I needed custom forms for a few of my customizable products (where I had over 100 variants). Yesterday I downloaded the free version (until I have some sales) and so far I'm impressed with how easy it's been to use to find a work around for my problem.
Installed this app for the auto-responder, but am really tickled with all the additional possibilities. Have not needed to contact support so far, as the setup is very user-friendly :)
