POWR: Contact Form Builder , 1,400 reviews

My purpose was to make a simple form (name and email with a submit button directing the visitor to a dedicated landing page.
I first tried with Wufoo and then Typform and wasted more than half/day before giving up getting a decent-looking form.
So I tried Shopify apps:
Form Builder from AAAECommerce contrary to what they claim is not allowing buttons that direct the visitor to a designated web page
Form Builder from Expert Village was even worse
I also tried Powerful Form Builder and abandoned it even more quickly.
But I eventually tried Form Builder from POWr.io and this was a 10 min job to get my form up and running.
My only reservations:
- not possible to adjust the size of the frame hosting the form (reduce the margins)
- not possible to get 2 submit buttons (Yes => go to one page, No => go to another page)

So far the Form Builder app is great! I have a few questions though. How do I make a form field show only when a field above it is filled? How do I install the form to the checkout page? The width of fields needs to be adjustable, and not only as a percentage of the form's total width. If that's doable already, how do I do it?

Has a lot of customization options. Pretty easy to use. Although when specifying the product page to install it does not display all the products available on my store. had to find a creative way to accomplish this. But overall I like it.

This app is fantastic! It's simple, yet has so many features that one may need.

So far so good. This app has done exactly what we needed it to- a Wholesale Application. Will update our review once we start to receive responses. Very easy to use and semi-customizable. We are using the free version and would recommend this app.

Simple and user friendly but could do with improvements on adding more features, loading time and ease of accessibility on Android platform...

When you fill out one of the forms you go to a 'success screen' that tells the user they have successfully completed the form. Except the content for this success page is put far far down into a page - which gives the effect of loading a blank page. I contacted the support, who eventually wrote to me and said they had to escalate this issue to a different support team - sounded promising. A week later and after me writing several times to see what the progress was, I got an email saying "there's no workaround to make the submission success message appear on top" They suggested if I know someone who can do advanced coding I could try customising the form's CSS.
We sent out the form for a few people to test, and they all reported back that the form didn't work because after submitting it they were sent to a blank page.
The app is as good as useless to us, the support very slow and didn't resolve what for us is broken functionality - so we will be deleting it and choosing another app.

The app provides an unusable service, why am I being prompted for this? Please cancel my charge! “What happened?

App is very easy to use, and the support is excellent. I expect they will continue to add new features. The design tools and conditional logic led us to this solution over others we evaluated.

I use this app for capture additional information after ad order like vat id or other data and it is fantastic
