this is exactly what i want. great app, easy to use. lot of customization. Email function is really good.
I did this app to help me create a form for a potential job applicant. it had all the fields I needed. But I wished it had the feature to add a sliding scale for getting feedback.
I really liked how it was really easy to add fields for the form I was creating. I would have liked it better if it had some options to add music in the background.
So easy to use for contact forms for websites. Love it so much! Love that is is free as well, love !

So far, so good. I have just installed a registration form and I am happy with the way it looks and reacts. The date field is a little screwy but everything else is great.

It still need some more additional features but so far so good.I like this for what I need. I use cognito and I may be able to do everything from this app now
Great app, but i would like it and give it 5 stars if the form isnt pop up at its own once reaching the site or at least there is an option to change it.. would change it to 5 stars if this is fixed
