SO simple, easy, and intuitive to use. Can't believe (yet so grateful) that this app is free! I'm excited to see all the different ways I can use the Form Builder app.
I do NOT like this app I don't like that it is not from my URL and that it requires folks to create an account. People should be able to ask questions seamlessly.

I used this app to develop a wholesale registration form on my site. Easy and exactly what I wanted.

really easy form builder.... little confusing on how to make the form for only certain parts of shopify
I did this app to help me create a form for a potential job applicant. it had all the fields I needed. But I wished it had the feature to add a sliding scale for getting feedback.
I really liked how it was really easy to add fields for the form I was creating. I would have liked it better if it had some options to add music in the background.
So easy to use for contact forms for websites. Love it so much! Love that is is free as well, love !
