Top notch service - prompt & efficient. I was very pleased! Sometimes technical support people can be hard to understand or just difficult in general - their team was very well spoken & explained everything in our terms to make sense of it.
Shopify's support is incredibly helpful! I worked with Richcarde M. and he was able to resolve my issue within minutes. He explained what was going on and made sure I was good to go. On top of that, he was so courtesy and cordial. 10/10 would work with Richcarde M. from Shopify again!
Wizard Patch embroidered badges and patches and logo makers for clubs, biker wear etc use this app for all our custom embroidered logo patch and badge listings so people can get in touch with us about their orders, or warranty etc and its a great form for people to upload embroidery designs and logos in order for us to customize their embroidered designs, badges and patches and logos etc . Had an issue with the form plugin appearing on our Shopify site and couldn't resolve the issue from various FAQs and online troubleshooting, so contacted POWR support and received a message and the resolution within 1 business day.
