Super easy. Just installed on website. Will do some more testing, but very simple and intuitive to create a form with all the functions we needed.
Easy to use. Have used before and use for customer to complete a wholesale application form. No issues.

Haven't had much experience with it yet but so far the app is pretty straightforward and easy to use.
I used this app to help me integrate a form on my shopify store and the best thing about it unlike the other form that offer a free version, they promote themselves by putting something like Powered By ****** but this form doesn't. Amazing and very easy to setup!!!

I am new to Shopify and to meet my google requirements, I needed a contact form. This was very daunting but this whole process was easy to use and I'm super happy.
installed, plugged in and used that afternoon!! I now have the ability to capture lead details. Only using the free version so far
