I've used this app for a few months now. Installation is a breeze and adding products to Pre-Order is super easy. We just experienced an issue where it wasn't showing properly, but Sarah at Support fixed it promptly and we were back on. Thank you for this great app!

I am very happy with this app and the quick response I received from the support team. Thank you. :-) On the flip side, customers don't read information provided to them. I've had many pre-orders with dates to order by, information on when I will order the products, and the statement "will ship when available". Customers still email wanting to know why 2 weeks have gone by and they have not received their purchase.

Globo Pre-Order is very useful for your pre-order or status product, easy to use, cool design, I really recommend it for your website. You can also personnalise your status. A very fast and friendly assistance solve my only problem. You can use with trust.

I own two stores, both have PreOrder Globo installed. Apps work great, seamless integration with Out of the Sandbox themes. Customer support is very responsive and helpful. Lots of customization options.

UPDATE November 2023 - still excellent support, very helpful and very responsive. Highly recommended!

I needed an App for customers to preorder new products. After checking diffrent apps I found this one to be the best sutable for my needs. Easy to configure - especially the language which turned out not-to-be an issue. I needed some help for a tiny glitch and the team (thanks Sarah) was very helpful and fast to react. I recommend this App.
