Print Melon ‑ Print on Demand

Love PrintMelon, they do a nice job with printing and always place it nicely if I'm a little off on centering. Very good customer support. I have recommended them to others that need a POD place.

I started a new store and needed a lot of different items for sports teams and fans including hoodies, crewnecks, dry fit, long sleeve, short sleeve, different types of hats like twill or trucker plus men, women, youth and anything else the teams ask for on a daily basis!

Because Print Melon carries so many brands, they have made it easy to find exactly what I need. Every order that has been submitted has been sent out quicker than expected and the customer service is beyond amazing!

The owner is attentive, personable and really listens to what I have needed for these special orders. He has called me several times to verify or show a sample of unique orders and has been willing to take on projects that not many drop shipping companies would take on.

I am happy that they have made my idea a reality and am thankful for the products and customer service!

This print on demand app has everything I need. Variety of the Kids shirts are uber good, helps me to sell lots of birthday related shirts. Customer service is very friendly, I had several issues with the UI and they helped me right away. I recently added hats and athletic wear apparel. I hope those will sell too. Highly recommend this app. 

This Print on Demand company is great to deal with. Their customer service is very fast in solving the issues, I tried some basketball jerseys with name and numbers on back and school logo on front, it arrived within less than a week. The products they carry is way too much for me to handle, I can literally find whatever type of apparel I'm looking for on this site. UI could be more friendly but it gets the job done without any runarounds. I highly recommend this app.

We sell electronics so our demand for t-shirts is occasional at best. Recently one of our out-of-stock products was mysteriously selling as of a sudden. After investigation, it was Print Melon that modified our electronics inventory and caused a firestorm for us. We had to issue multiple refunds, apologize to many customers, spent hours in customer service, and unfortunately lost a lot of trust with our customers. The official response from Print Melon was "We checked your store and fixed the bug..." I never considered that a simple POD plugin could jeopardize our entire business like this, please be careful on what apps you grant access to your business. UPDATE: After developers have claimed to fix the nightmare error on 5/2/22 as well as replied to this review on 5/12/22 claiming the issue was fixed, the glitch again happened on 5/20/22. We are immediately ceasing all business operations with PrintMelon and moving to Gelato for our needs.
