easy to use great but shipping work good just in the usa

This is far-and-away the easiest system to use for creating a low-upfront cost apparel store with lots of amazing options for garments and brands. My only criticism is that all their "eco-friendly" apparel seems to be very limited in the print area they are able to provide whereas less ethical garments can have full coverage with the print/design. Not sure if that is a technical limitation or just the way it's designed right now. Love this service!

These guys ROCK! Moved from a different POD (CustomCat) because comparing side by side DTG prints, Printful was more vibrant and it didn't have a TON of pre-treat, the other guys was so coated that the shirts looked discolored.
The partial and 3D Puff caps... ROCK! These are the guys you want to do snapbacks with, trust me. Tight stitches, tight 3d puff. NFL/MLB/NBA quality stuff. I had those other guys and it was definitely garbage.
Having some issues with simple graphics in 3D puff and customer service communication, but overall if you give a sh!t about your brand, the little bit extra you pay is extremely worth it.
Would give 5 star but the inside labels are a major pain in the butt, hopefully they figure out something simpler. It's so painful that I don't even offer more colors because of it.
I have been using printful for a while now and i love how easy it is to use, i quit using printify, even though it was cheaper, they did not carry as many variants as printful and Printful’s quality of the items is superb. I understand due to the pandemic, shipping has not been that great, however my client received his mugs on time. So, so far i have no complaints.

To easily add the products to your store, we would recommend using our product push generator. Go to your Printful Dashboard> Stores, click "Add product". Even if product's initial setup is quite long (hand pick designs for each t-shirt color and size one by one) service looks excellent so far. Quality of print is very good and the ability to order samples is awesome!
The app is pretty easy to use but I don't like the syncing screen at the opening
