The Printful platform has become almost impossible to use. It takes ages to just add one product because the platform is so slow. Sometimes it freezes completely and you can't continue adding products or it takes forever to load the next step. I contacted support and was told to clear the browser cache, but this does not help. Very close to abandoning Printful and looking elsewhere.

So far I really like this app. I like how easy it is to connect to your shop and how easy it is to add new products. Haven’t seen the quality yet so as soon as I get some samples in know for sure
The integration between Shopify and Printful was seamless. Only thing about Printful that I wasn't happy with was the lack of transparency regarding digitization fees. I lost money because of this.
I found Printful to be easy to use, and helpful in fulfilling customer needs and resolving issues in a timely fashion.
I use it every day excellent.
