though sometimes we have a delay, the customer service is quick and excellent, and the free embroidery help when ever coming across any issues is phenomenal.
Intuitive, with full integration with Shopify. Great selection of recommended new products and design assistance. Mock ups and templates are smooth. Assistance for retail prices is a plus. Graphics are very professional and well organized.
Once you get used to the app - it's easy to use. They have most of the products that you would like to sell. I looked at going to China - but saw just too many problems with sizing, quality, and printing techniques. I would rather make less money and have happy repeat customers.
