Sync is perfect, App helps you with mock ups and fotographs, good products too. Its sad that fullifilmen takes so long (6 Days for 2 Shirts), thats to long for my customers because shipping takes up to 10 days to germany

As far as our fulfillment times go, we take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (posters, etc.). Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
Speed and price depends on product type and destination and more than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
There are also some additional ways to speed up order fulfillment:
1. Checking in with the Availability tab on the products page, to see if we have the specific product in stock. Restocking products from our suppliers takes about 2-3 business days on average;
2. Choosing the Overnight shipping rate. Orders with overnight shipping are set in our priority fulfillment queue.

I've tried a number of POD companies and the mock-up generator is one of the most important factors in selecting a company. Printful has done their best with the ability to be as creative as possible with designs, even including a number of supports.
My biggest disappointment is the lack of a basic X and Y component when placing your design on a shirt. When I find a location I like I have to rely on counting arrow clicks on my keyboard in order to remember where I placed my design if I want to use the location again for a different shirt. In addition, my shirts rely on a non-embroidered pocket logo design that I have to do my best to eyeball where to place it. It would be nice if Printful had a quick option asking if you'd like the large front design area or the pocket area.
I understand that I can download the template and design on Adobe, but I am not yet adept at this skill.
Overall:
Positive: easy mock-up generator, quality products, and wonderful support.
Work On: Add X/Y on generator and a pocket logo location for non-embroidered designs

Most of the reviews here are good, but my experience was bad. They had a cotton tee in their catalog and I ordered 27 of them. I double checked the print flies and everything and trusted them with the order because their service charges were higher than other companies. When the order arrived, I was shocked by the cheap quality shirts they sent us. The shirt wasn't even cotton but a thin polyester-cotton shirt that looked faded. The print was bearly readable and had blemishes, when I contacted them for a return and a refund, they kept on saying my print file was to blame for it (Ignoring the rest of the problems). I sent them 4 emails with pictures of the tees attached and they kept on sending the same response over and over again. They took 3 days to reply to one of the emails only to end up with the same response. I had an awful experience and now I have to live with a huge loss.

Edit: Since writing the review underneath I have been contacted by some supportive and caring customer care agents. They have also informed me that Printful are currently in the process of opening a European Centre to avoid EU customs charges (see below). The actual opening date is still unclear.
Printful do not state VAT or correct product value on packages = Extra customs charges & VAT which have been crippling my business and customer retention (eg. a €40 hoodie will be charged an additional €19.50).
Unbelievably bad customer service. One agent in particular, who twice I had the misfortune of having to deal with. There is absolutely no care for the customer.
Printful is a great Print on Demand company. I've ordered samples and can say that the quality is quite nice. No chemical odor, packaged individually and shipped in a timely manner. The reason I gave it a 3 stars is that the delivery package looked like the products were shoved in a small delivery bag, so when I received it, it did not look appealing. Also, since I'm based in Canada and my customers likely will come from Canada to start, the customs/duties is likely going to make a negative impact.

Quality control - TERRIBLE.
Sizing - TERRIBLE
SHIPPING to CANADA is costly and takes FOREVER
SIZING - their consistency with sizing is not good. I ordered samples in the leggings and fitted dresses to have for clients to try on who came to my house. The medium dress my client ordered in a medium was 2 inches shorter in length and smaller through the waist than the medium sample dress I had. The other client ordered an XL dress and if you can believe it was 3 inches shorter than the what the sizing chart from Printful indicated. I measured the items myself against the sizing chart that Printful supplies and YES they were WAY OFF. So Printful refunded me for these items but these clients will not be back. They are from the small town where I grew up so this is a real set back for my local business here at home and so disappointing.
QUALITY CONTROL
It's poor. They are wonderful about sending out a reshipment but they are not helpful in fixing the problem. My first problem was with a pillow. The first pillow I got had stitches showing on each end of the zipper. There was no way I could even use it as a sample pillow. They sent me a new one and it was just as bad. I called in wrote an email etc with my complaint and I agreed to have another pillow sent out. Third pillow has the same problem so I have deleted this collection on my store and I'm looking for a new supplier.
The stitching on their leggings I have ordered is also below standard. When you stretch the fabric the stitching pulls and is far too visible especially all up and down the bum.
SHIPPING - I placed my last order on Aug 3rd and today is Sept 15th. 5 weeks waiting for my order. AGAIN if you are shipping to Canada don't plan on having happy customers. Regarding taxes for Canadians - Printful does not collect taxes nor do they indicate on their packing slip when you collect taxes from your linked store like Shopify. Therefore your customers in Canada will end up paying taxes and a handling fee at the door when the parcel is delivered. All my customers in Canada have paid their GST/PST twice.
