We had some difficulty installing the Product Auction app. The Webkul team was able to get the widget to appear while we were on the call.
Perfect. Exactly what I was looking for. A few tweaks required because of the theme I was using but support have been really helpful. May be on the expensive side for an app but I think it will work out to be worth it from the results I have seen so far.
Support is top notch! You can schedule a video conference call and they will help you out! Ayush was a huge help in getting my auction up and running!

We're using this app to enable customers to bid on special limited edition products and memorabilia. The app was easy to install. All the information you needed to configure the app was easily accessible and straight forward. On the front end the app was laid out correctly. It didn't affect the current layout or store functionality. The customer service we received from Neha at Webkul was quick, concise and efficient. Any questions or issues I had was resolved very quickly. Their customer service is extraordinary.
The app needed some additions to match my needs. The helpdesk was great and fast and exceeded my expectations. Great work!
App is working really fine, needs some twisting arround in code depending on the shopify template you are using. AND: amazing support!!! Very fast and professional, friendly, couldn't be better!!!!!! I would wish a better live-auction-overview (not divided in seperate sites) But: thumbs up!
