Product Options & Customizer

I love this app and have been using it for a while now. I especially love the customer service. They respond promptly and contact you about possible issue before they even occur. This is important for me as I don't want to know about a possible issue after the fact. Meaning your account is monitored to ensure the app is working properly with your theme.

This is an easy to use app for creating any number of product options you may have. Whether it’s a drop down menu, open fields for customer input, or the “upload” button to receive images or files, this customizer can’t be beat!

I really love how it makes the shopper’s experience so easy, being able to input all of their information directly on the product page. When selling invitations like I do, it’s important to obtain a lot of details, and this app is a perfect way to collect the information.

No worries if you ever need support with the customizer…the gurus there are exceptional and will do everything they can to make sure everything works perfectly (mine needed just a little minor tweaking to work with my Atlantic theme and other customizations). As with a lot of companies, you will need to contact them with any requests via email, so be patient if it takes a day to hear back, it’s definitely worth it, and you will not be disappointed! Its low monthly fee is a bonus too!

Excellent service. I changed my Shopify Store's theme and some of my features did not transfer. I reached out on a weekend and had a prompt response and resolution.

Wow, Product Customizer is a wonderful application. Quest Awards is a custom recognition awards company and it is critical that our customers are able to enter their personalization instructions easily and accurately for each product. Whether that is by entering engraving text manually, uploading a document with instructions, or uploading their corporate logo, Product Customizer does it all! We installed the app, created a few engraving profiles, and add the appropriate profile to each of our 1,000+ products. During this process, we discovered that when instructions are entered by the client in the large text box option, we could not see the “return key” function when viewing the order. Essentially it looks like one long line of text rather than each line of text being on a separate line. Not seeing these line breaks the way the client entered the information was a huge operational and client satisfaction issue. Well the Product Maximizer support team of Max, Justin, Kim sprang into action (mostly Max actually). It seems the problem required collaboration between the App and Shopify support. Well all I can tell you is that the support from Product Customizer was exceptional. Max was instrumental in identifying the issue, recommending solutions, and relaying that information to Shopify directly. Then working with them to resolve the issue and perform final testing. One last final small adjustment by Product Customizer and the problem was resolved. The positive impact on our business was immediate and the shopping experience of our clients improved dramatically. I don't spend much time typing out APP reviews, but in this case I really want to express my thanks to Max and to Product Customizer. I would like other Shopify store owners to know this company stands behind its product and has a tremendous support team. So they get a 5 star rating for their product and their support!

Simple to use and very flexible. Exactly the app I needed to offer different options on my products.
I like the fact you can set up custom fields and then add them to products if they are relevant.

Shopify has been wonderful, but given that I offer LOTS of customization options and photo upload requirements, I would not be able to run my business smoothly without Product Customizer. Always works, very user friendly and easy. The customer service is always prompt and helpful. I had an issue late last night, and by 6am this morning it was fixed. Very happy!

Does exactly as it says.. Also based on feedback the app was updated very quickly.. It allows us to add bespoke items to selected products.
