The app itself does exactly what we need it to do and at a reasonable price. We did have a bug with the app but customer support were quick to respond to our message, explain what the issue was in detail and resolved it very quickly.

The app stopped working for me (user error due to a theme update) and Zia from support was very helpful in getting it back up and running for me. It's very helpful being able to customize fees so thoroughly, especially with the headache of tariff fees being introduced. Very useful app and good customer support.

The team was extremely helpful when the app wasn’t working as intended and kindly provided a refund for the period when we experienced the issue. Everything is now working as it should for our store, and we’re very happy with the app!

We have had this app on our store for some time and while it always gave us a good service working around the Shopify shortcomings, at some point some fees would just not show anymore.
After talking to the support team found out that a new system was in place, cleaner, more effective and it was just a matter of creating the fees again.

I absolutely love the Upcharge App. I’ve been using it for over 6 years now and its allowed me to open up a new channel of sales by offering a rush service option for my products. Not only have I been able to earn extra income, the team (shout out to the Devs and Javid) have been so incredible and open to new features and listened to all my feedback. Not only did they listen to my idea, the devs were like ninjas and installed it on my site!! And they are so fast, they finished it in less than 24 hours. I went to check the code myself and the documentation and instruction in the code was next level. Very through, explained how it worked and what it could and could not do.
