I wanted to add a personalization text box for some of my products and I was able to use the app for free to do this. There was some trouble with the placement and text showing up in the cart, but they were very helpful and communicative. It's now looking great and is everything I wanted, thanks to their patience and quick responses!

I have to say, this is one powerful little app. And what's more, as a business owner, the team at HulkApps have really backed their product too. I had a little trouble making it integrate into our website and what we required was fairly complex in some ways. But when I ran into trouble, I fired through a support ticket and they were on the case really quickly. Before I knew it, they were in and had fixed up the problem and we're not opperating exactly how we wanted to. Stoked, highly recommend any of their stuff to anyone. Great product, great service!

I had to wait a while to get help with my installation as I added my request on a Friday, but that was understandable. I don't think I installed it correctly on my theme.liquid file as the formatting on my homepage became weird, but they sorted it out no problem and made me very happy I chose their app.
It provides so much value and we must give them credit where it's due. All you basically need is a little bit of code for this functionality and I personally don't think it's fair for companies to charge you monthly for CODE. Hulk Apps are great value and professional, you won't be disappointed.

The app is setup well and easy to implement, however the REQUIRED option for a variant is no working properly. Customers are able to add a product without choosing an option.
Very frustrating and disappointing. I have written to their support several times about this, with no resolution.
Will be looking elsewhere for a variations solution.

This app has helped me add the option for customers to add personalization to my products and without this app it would be messy and not very easy for customers to do. While I had issues initially getting the app to work right within a day the support team had resolved the issue for me and ensured it worked as expected. One key feature I personally love is the ability to add custom CSS to make the buttons and everything match my stores theme perfectly so there's no color or style mismatched that could turn away customers. I highly recommend this app and while my intended use case is super simple it can do so much more!

This app does what I need it to do. It allows me to add many options and adjust pricing as needed. They even customized the installation to work on my AJAX site!
