Given that there are a handful of limitations with app, the overall functionality, user-experience and customer support is top tier. Without the live chat assistance, and collaboration with Sanjay - my site would be nowhere near what it is!

This was my first time using a product customization app on shopify and I will say at first I wasn't sure exactly what to do. I ended up reaching out to support and they were SUPER helpful in answering my questions and responded very quickly. Once I got the hang of how the app worked it was super easy to make changes and customize what I was working on. I kind of wish that you could customize the design of each specific option instead of just a general design, and maybe you can but it wasn't clear to me. Other than that love this app and love the Hulk Apps support team! :)

(This app broke all my cart page, at cart there is no amount shown anymore instead all amounts turn to 0 or does not show up at all.NOT RECOMMENDED TRYING TO FIGURE OUT FOR DAYS FINALLY FOUND THE PROBLEM. IT IS THIS APP) It finally fixed the bugs and I am very happy with the product now

I installed the app today and like most apps, a code did not load properly. I submitted a ticket and sent an email. I had the expectation not to receive help until Monday or Tuesday but to my surprise, I received help within 2 hours. It took no time and my store is back up and running.
