Bold Product Options was great but has stopped working in the past week. No response from the new owners Shop Circle yet. Their support portal seems to be broken also, can't make an account to view my support ticket. *Update, finally managed to speak with someone on live chat & they fixed the issue within a few minutes.

This app has been pretty easy to use and customize. So far it does everything I need, from custom changes to rush options. I like all of the option from radio buttons to drop down menus. It will even add those extra charges to the cart for you.

This app has allowed me to add all the different variations needed.
My customers can build their own products from our site!

Bold apps has ALMOST knocked this category out of the park on this one.

I love the conditional logic, and the fact that each option can manipulate the price (though in a bit of a roundabout way) of the product. However, I would like to see them implement a more intuitive and rapid means of entering options without using the mouse to confirm each entry. This is exceptionally tedious and makes an otherwise wonderful experience, into something that I am not all that stoked about doing in some cases.

I know I am splitting hairs, but the average shopify store owner is a busy-as-hell person, I'd like to see that taken into account.

Oh yeah, and the install process is a nightmare, and easy to screw up if youre not careful or knowledgable - I refuse to pay the fee for professional install,, but I messed up somewhere and screwed up my cart's remove button. MY FAULT, but still, another slight inconvenience.

Overall, this app is by far the best option for creating complex - conditional logic based options menus. I spent a long time tryng to find the right solution for my custom decal/t-shirt/apparel shop, and this is finally it.

THANKS BOLD APPS. Make the few improvements I mentioned and you will become legends in my book!!!

Great app. I love it. I can make customized products with this. Awesome. I understand that so many people request for installing services, so that I have to wait quite long. But it's ok. The service is good. Thank you.

Has good options and does everything I need in terms of adding variable options to products beyond the standard Shopify features. That said, the level of modifications is very large and it's scary to think of what might happen should it ever stop working.

We are using the Product Option from Bold at our new website. It is a great App to give you the liberty to create options to sell products!!! Very easy to manage and to create all options needed. The only downturn is that there is no way to control inventory with sizes available per product... Other than that it is great! I am sure it will be very helpful for lot of websites!

I like the app, but I wish they were a little more upfront about the installation of the liquid code, and the cost of it. The instructions are not very clear as to how to do it yourself, so really you are left with no other option but to pay the $50 to get them to do it for you.
