Stamped is a solid review app. I started using it after an email marketing agency recommended it to me, and I've been using it ever since. I recently switched my theme to Flex, and installing this app on my new theme was simple and straight forward. Customer support is great as well.

Frontend is OK, but terrible BACKEND, and customer service is terrible they come with the intention of helping, but they break things even more which causes massive losses on your end.

I did some digging and it doesn't look like we changed anything that would have had any negative impacts that would have caused any losses. The second issue you found with the sort function appears to be unrelated and has now been resolved.

Ich nutze Staped.io für meinen Online Shop und hatte das Problem, dass Reviews nicht angezeigt wurden, obwohl ich sie freigegeben hatte.
Eine kurze Email an das Team hat gereicht und am selben Tag habe ich noch eine Rückmeldung bekommen und am nächsten Tag war das Problem gelöst.

The API integration allows us to create customized apps using the data in JSON format.
It took longer than expected to get up and running. Customer service was difficult to work with and we found the user interface to not be as intuitive as other platforms we have used. Just too many kinks here to really recommend. If our experience changes with time I'll update the review. But for now, we are disappointed with the switch.

Bait and switch onboarding experience, and I regret committing and moving to this. I came from another review platform but switch to using their integrated loyalty program. The website even has a comparison landing page to my old review software so I figured switching would be relatively easy. In reality, there is actually no support to convert my old reviews to the new Stamped ones. I then had to upgrade to the $150 subscription plan in order to have access to the level of support to have them integrate my reviews. So I upgraded and support said, sorry, we cant help you. Which was a lie, since I just did this same process with another site I run. What should have taken a few days took weeks as their support can take several days to respond. I will be switching back and I do not recommend this app.

It looks like the one support case we have with you is in relation to migrating reviews and custom attributes from Okendo. I think there may have been some miscommunication on this ticket as you do not need to upgrade in order to receive support for migrating reviews.
