I have tried few before choosing which I'll leave installed in my store and this one is my fav one by far. Super customizable, great and fast customer service, the platform is user-friendly, etc. The max no. of review requests included in the free version may seem a bit too limited, I think an increase would attract more satisfied and growing business! But anyway the overall experience with the app is great! :)

You can customize all your emails, you have too much options... EXCELLENT !
It would be nice if it was easier to add into my theme. I had a hardtime getting it to pop up on my website and also changing the background
I have just switched from Judge me to Stamped.io. I have been doing lots of research and app comparisons and Stamped.io is definitely the best. The interface is quite easy to use and lots of customizable features on the free plan. Easy review migration (just 1 min) and nice that I can customize the email and widget making it in line with my store colours and font. The customer service team - Ashok is really helpful and replies to emails promptly and giving solutions and advices. Also the speed of the store has not been affected at all. Highly recommended.
The customer service is really awesome. The team of stamped.io respond to my question and help us set up the app at lighting. The app fits our theme of Shopify just like the groves. I believe the app will help us gain more reviews. 5 stars recommend!

The in-mail-review feature is awesome, best thing ever to make things easy for your costumer. Looking forward to see how it performs on my shop. box with instructions loaded over forms to fill during setup. M?ade it difficult if not impossible to add information to the form fields in setup. overall I like the app with this lone exception.
It's a great app with some awesome features but if you want to use anything other than the very basics, you're going to have to pay and the pricing is a bit steep ($100/mo for widget 2.0 and the useful features). Just about everything they advertise in the app description is something you need to pay for.
Support is also extremely basic. They will reply to your e-mails but usually, when you need help with CSS/JS, they just tell us that we can customize it ourselves or hire a Shopify Expert. Isn't it your job to configure your app for those utilizing it?
We use the free version but are looking for a replacement to this and the Shopify reviews app..
