This is a great app.
But a great app has little value without great support.
We have used Stamped Product Reviews for a couple of months, and get excellent product support every time we have questions about the use, or need to do adjustments for our web store.

The customer service is top notch! Anytime you have a question the team is responsive and works hard to get to the ideal solution for any issue you are having. Stamped is hands down better than any other Reviews/Loyalty app.
I got some problems when I changed the theme. The support responded almost immediately and solved all my problems in a few days. They were patient with me even though I emailed at least four times, checking that their changes worked.
Super support even though I have a free plan! They even work on a Sunday!
I think the app works well and is easy to use.
My biggest mistake was choosing this app. I tried to customize the reviews widget and it wouldn't change absolutely anything. But the worst part is definitely the customer service because they take 30+ hours to reply. I have used more than 8 reviews app before and I've never seen customer support taking so long to reply to a simple question
