This app does exactly what it says, reviews with photos, for free. The best thing is that the customer service is excellent and they will were able to customize the app for my store as I requested.

Easy to use and even import csv file if needed. I had trouble with it showing reviews correctly on my website. Their support team was excellent and very professional. Resolution was quick, site is fixed and reviews showing correctly. When I changed themes they helped fix it as I had a hard time getting it to show immediately in all areas. I am only trying free version but after this experience, I think I'll go with a paid plan. They are worth it.

At first, I was not happy because I could not register feedback via the computer, I turned to their email support and I was very impressed by the wonderful service they gave me. 4.5/5 (can't give half stars here apparently) So far so good. No one has uploaded a photo in their review yet, hoping that it stays good when they do. I was having trouble trying to figure out how to alter the layout code to get the app placed just where I wanted it, so I wrote to the Hulk Apps support team asking for directions on how to do this. They requested to get in to my Shopify Admin and took care of it overnight for me for no charge. That's service!
