This is an excellent app. Every connection/integration app we have has issues. This Shopify <> Quickbooks connector app (1) has fewer issues than most and (2) has THE BEST CUSTOMERS SUPPORT I've experienced with any integration ever. The support team (Ben especially) is incredibly helpful. They solve everything extremely quickly and efficiently. I wish all software had support like this.

I recently had an issue with syncing products between Shopify and QuickBooks, and I reached out to Sherwin for assistance. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly he responded and resolved the issue. Sherwin was incredibly efficient and had the situation sorted out in no time! Karol was patient, hands on, and really took the time to understand the complicated request and find a solution to solve the problem I had.

App is easy to navigate. If you have issues with the import of sales data, make sure to use the Chat feature, as their reps can easily work on it and clear the issues. Karol was super helpful and quick with my request. Glad Intuit purchased OneSaas in 2021, customer services has gotten better!

Karol was great at understanding my issue and helping me through the process. We didn't get it 100% resolved - as it has to be escalated within their developer team, but at least we have a plan of action and know exactly what needs to be done. looking forward to the final help

Just had Paul helping me with connecting OneSaas and then fixing a tonne of errors! he literally took all the stress away. I've been putting off contacting because I was worried it was going to be an impossible task explaining my issue and then trying to get the techy bits done...but Paul to the rescue - all done and sorted within the hour and nothing more to do. Thanks so so much

These guys are always on point anytime I need help or have an issue. They always go out of their way to fix issues immediately. The last call with Karol was awesome, cleared up everything within a few minutes.
