Have had nothing but a great experience with Quickbooks online so far, and the connection between shopify and quickbooks has been amazing. All of my transactions sync. I did have an issue with the sync and duplicate items, however, Lori was able to resolve my issue extremely quickly!
Highly recommend.
Sherwin was very helpful sorting our sync issue. He sorted the issue in no time and all sales orders were in Quickbooks.
David was really polite and managed to solve the connection issue straight away.

I have to commend and compliment Dean and his impeccable customer service. He went above and beyond to help resolve my dual issues and was patient and kind the entire time. It was truly a pleasure working with him. Interestingly enough, I had been having a trying day and the quality of is care, concern and customer service, not only solved my problems but brightened my day to boot! David was very helpful and followed up even when our chat got disconnected. The app works great and easy to maintain and get help is you run in to issues.
I love that they have a live chat option and Sherwin really helpedsync some problematic transactions for us. I would give 5 starts except that there are some limitations on syncing deposits and individual sales at the same time. They want it to be either/or. Other than that, if you aren't is over the top meticulous, this is a great integration and saves me a great deal of time entering transactions.

ROM was great in helping me understand the connection between QBO & Amazon marketplace. Each time that ROM has helped me in the past I went away with a better understanding of what is going on.
