Prehook is amazing! As a graphic designer, the design options on the quiz builder are good. But what really stands out is functionality and the support I got from the Prehook team. Gen helped me figure out how I need to tackle my very specific use case and even built out a whole quiz for me. Other App dev teams did not reply to my support tickets, or outright said they can't help me. We use this APP for our solution guides (2 brands in 13 sites) and it works amazingly. We started by doing the setup and the look & feel, and it was very easy. Then we built the questions and answers. Populating products due to the size of our company was time-consuming, but we contacted Gen and he was very helpful and gave us an idea that worked perfectly. This APP is a 5-star.

I had a really hard time uploading this app. Finally in frustration I reached out to them and I finally have the app installed on my online store with 3 quizzes active. I will write ya'll again in about 2 weeks to give you an update on its performance. Here's to my fortune I know these quizzes are going to help so in 2 weeks I'll be letting you know for sure is it real or is it a bust?

I used this app as a quiz/selection tool to filter my apparel items on the site for customers and it is PERFECT! There were a few technical problems at first but the team worked really hard at resolving the issue and they did with consistent communication. They even followed up when I forgot to respond. I highly recommend this app!

I absolutely love this app, and the support has been amazing so far. I have been collected leads through this app and linked it with klavio which allows me to segment my audience in my marketing. This is a key app in my automation system. I definitely recommend it.

We're excited to be using Prehook! The quizzes are easy to set up but if you do want some extra guidance their customer support is excellent. If you're looking to engage with and understand your customers better, Prehook is a no-brainer.
