I don't often leave a review until I have tested the app for several months. However, today I installed Rapid Search and I was trying to configure it. I reached out to customer support and all I can say is WOW! Matt from Rapid Search is a rock star! I have a few apps with pretty good customer support but I don't think I have ever experienced customer support at this level. I will be back in a few months to update this review with the revenue numbers this app will surely bring. Thanks Matt! Keep rockin'!

This app is fantastic! Especially for smaller shops that are able to benefit from the generous free plan and impeccable customer service to help boost sales with predictive searches. We experienced an increase in sales with the help of the app and are also able to monitor what clients are not able to find and take action to correct those into leads. Do not sleep on this. Highly recommended!
Have been using this app for a while. It works great. Lots of ways to customise the options. Had an issue with it after i accidently uninstalled it and the support fixed it straight away and got me back on track. Would reccommend
