Rapid Search has been wonderul. I had a few coding issues on my theme and tech support (Irisz) was excellent and expedient with my issue. We have seen great traction in regards to our customer traffic/analytics, partially from the integration of Rapid Search. Great service.

The customer service first & foremost is incredible. The live chat rep stayed on the chat with me until I got what I wanted. The app itself is great, very responsive, has tons of features and the suggestive search is super powerful. Best search app on the market in my opinion.

Great app with an interface & design that makes it very easy to use. Easy to tailor the front-end to match your website design together with other preferences. Great analytics and synonyms features. Very helpful & responsive support as well!
This app was super easy to set up and add a search bar to my header. I haven't explored it further yet, but so far it has been great!

Really good app. The visuals are extremely pleasing and look good with my site. Very customisable to suit my customers needs, and the support team are very attentive and helpful with any queries I had. I was testing 2 search bar apps and will be choosing this one.

Honestly so happy with this app and extremely impressed with the customer service!
The app does everything we need and more, the settings are easy to edit, it's super fast (instant) and looks great.
Better still the customer service is outstanding. Matt has gone above and beyond to answer our (often difficult) questions quickly and clearly and even developed more features on the app so that it better suits our needs. the team encourages feedback and actually implements the changes effectively!
I definitely recommend this app to anyone looking for an effective and efficient search and filter function for a large store.
