We have had Rebuy for about a month and so far, I am happy with adding the app to my stores. The platform is a bit overwhelming at first, but our CSM, Lihuen, has been a huge help in setting up data sources and walking through different functionality and capabilities. We installed the app at the worst possible time (right before BFCM) but the Rebuy team was able to get us up and running in time. We have a couple glitches that need to get worked out, but I'm confident that with the help of Lihuen and the Rebuy team, we will have everything working smoothly soon.

The latest version actually updated their discounting to use Shopify Functions which makes this app usable so I recently reinstalled it.

The good. It does a lot in one app. GWP, Tiered GWP, Cross sells, Bundles, Post Purchase.
My main complaint that this app is not intuitive and although their support is responsive it does take a lot of time to get this app up and running the way you want. There is a ton of time spent on troubleshooting. I am still trying to get GWP to work. I am currently using a different app (that literally took 3 min to set up) for that because I am still working on getting it to work in Rebuy.
Another time suck is their inconsistent CSS styling across their components and carts. This means you will have to spend extra time writing CSS (hate!) making this app appear consistent across your website. When asked about this their support wrote:
"The widgets and Smart Cart just happen to have different styling. For instance, the line items are bolded in Smart Cart but items in widgets are not. Please note that we cannot provide support for customizations beyond the scope of Rebuy."
So my take is that app comes with a lot of functionality/stats but expect to also spend a lot of time on getting it right.

The Rebuy app has been a fantastic solution to cart upsells and PDP recommendations that are bringing true value to our tech stack.

We've been especially impressed with how dedicated and accommodating the team have been to get the tech right for us, assisting with customisations to ensure the integration looks and feels seamless onsite. Suki and Monica who we work with closely have been such a great help in assisting us navigate two deployments across our AU & USA site. Their proactive approach and willingness to assist our team and dev agency has made a big difference.

We’re excited to continue working with Rebuy and grow our use of their tech across site. Thanks again to both Monica and Suki and the rest of the team!

We had such a wonderful launch journey with Ian, Suki, Kelsey and Vinson. Each of them really took the time to listen to our needs and came up with accommodating and innovative solutions. We were really impressed by how intelligent and efficient the rebuy team were. We have only just launched so we will be monitoring the results over the next two months but I have to say, this team has already made it rewarding for us. Thank you for an amazing, launch service!

Rebuy has really helped us maximize conversion with their upsell widgets. Their customer service is top notch and has helped me even with complex customizations. Highly recommend for Shopify store users!

I usually hate working with success and implementation managers, but Rebuy made it so easy. The process could not have gone better. If you can, ask for Suki. She was amazing and made the process seamless and easy for two founders with no technical vocabulary at all.

I love working with Suki! She's been great at helping me get started with setting up the app, answering my questions and making sure the delivery was executed on time. She was great at explaining what was my next steps, what the integration could do and what were my best options.

So far the experience has been very good with Suki!

Update! I've been working with Max and he's been helping me tweak and test new offers etc. My revenue has been increasing with his help!

Great app, great customer service. We had to spend months updating our site before we could even download Rebuy. They were patient and ready when we needed them. And my helper Alison has been awesome! Always there to assist with any question from integration, to set up , to coding. Super grateful to have her helping us every step of the way!
