Easy to use app at a great price. Also, the customer support is very responsive and helpful! I needed help regarding setup of countdown bar at a customized placement and they were quick to respond for resolution.

So far, so good. We've been using this app for several years with no major issues. Had one recent issue early in the morning and it was resolved quickly.

The app is very glitchy and I've had to contact support multiple times which is time consuming as I'd rather spend time on my ecommerce business instead. The sales pop-up notifications don't sync well with Shopify orders and are delayed by up to 24 hours. The support team have to manually push notifications through to my store everytime I contact them and then it works again but this cycle goes on. Please get your developers to sort out these bugs. Its not rocket science. Not getting my money's worth with this app to be honest. I've had to downgrade my plan several times.

I am not sure how to use it but the online agent was helpful setting up the counter and the number of visitors. I was interested in adding a buy now button to each product but she could not help.
