Recomatic Related Products

What I like about Recomatic is that it is just easy. Easy to install, setup, and activate. Easy to find information regarding what the app is doing. Easy and quick communication when you have questions and you need answers. In the future, I would like to see more information regarding conversions and customer behavior, but I'm currently beyond content with the performance of the app.

The app helps us automatically set complex relation rules based on tags between jewellery designs, matching sets and colours for related products and cross-sells on the cart page, making management of tens of thousands of relations between thousands of products a breeze.

Fantastic app, more than satisfied! We had some minor issues customizing with our theme and 3rd party app, the developer was quick to assist and went beyond expected to get it working for our needs in very little time. I couldn't recommend this app more for businesses needing more control of related and cross-sell products and the developers responsiveness.

We've used Recomatic for years and continue to be beyond satisfied with the app and support given. It has become a staple of our website strategy and product presentation.

We have a large and complex product catalogue with many similar and closely related products, which makes producing genuinely useful recommendations quite challenging. AI-based recommendations alone don't give us the control we need, while managing recommendations manually across such a large range simply isn't practical.

Recomatic gives us the solution. By using our existing product tags and establishing a hierarchy that prioritises particular tagged products within the recommendations, we've been able to achieve exactly the results we wanted while retaining a significant degree of control over what customers see. For a catalogue of our size, this is incredibly useful.

The support has also been exceptional. Daniel has been incredibly helpful, taking the time to understand what we were trying to achieve and helping us get everything working exactly as required, both during our original setup and years later as our strategy and direction have changed.

We're completely satisfied with Recomatic. It's flexible, practical, extremely useful for managing recommendations across a large catalogue, and backed by fantastic support. Very highly recommended.
