The app is pricey, but you get what you pay for and it works straight out of the box really. I'm very very impressed with the products this app recommends to my customers, and the support has been fantastic (customising size of images, position on product page, etc). It hasn't affected load times either. Great app!
Love this app. Its not the cheapest, but for the personal service you get, it seems to be well worth it. Kinda like "you pay for what you get" ..We dont touch it, everything seems to work automatically, this its WORTH the time savings vs cost to us here at DonekyTees.

Absolutely perfect customer support - they have customized lazyload options, linking options, the preloaded size of images. In summarize they helped me with everything that I needed.
The plugin does his job! After a week we have lots of clicks and lots of revenue generated! It is really important to make shopping easier and this is the plugin you should go for!

I couldn't be happier or more impressed with this app. In less than a month it has generated nearly $7k in sales, something the in-built recommended products that comes with Shopify couldn't do in 5 years! It is extremely impressive with it's AI and from what I have seen the suggestions are very relevant and actually make sense (certainly as a shop owner, but also from a consumer point of view). When we installed the app we asked for our current styling and RP positioning to be carried over and not only was this done, it happened a lot quicker than I anticipated. Daniel answers my queries quickly and he is very helpful with suggestions and advice. If you aren't using this app then you are missing out - get into it!
