New version of the app is simpler to use but currently lacks some of the more advanced filtering logic needed. Personally I have reverted to the old version of the app until the new one can do what I need. Support is always good, especially Saumya who is always on hand to help!

I would definately recommend the app to others. I was having a little trouble understanding the set-up to my Reconvert app and Riya came to the rescue. See helped me to understand the whole process and I'm looking forward to using the app for many years.

I have come across different questions as I began using this app and was reluctant to use the LIVE Support due to previous experiences with other apps and companies, but the team here has been incredibly helpful in solving and troubleshooting issues. Had our first upsell within days of setting it up, and that was without knowing anything. Highly recommend it!
