The support was very responsive and Vinay kept me updated as we waited for the developers to fix the issue.
Super helpful woman named Tanveer showed me what the devs were working on and created a portal for clients to view their subscription. She sent me screenshots so I could see how to navigate the app. Overall super helpful and responsive customer service!
