There are definitely some areas of improvement Casa Subscriptions could have. I offer produce subscription boxes and my customers need to be able to add and delete additional items they would like to purchase each order. Subscription should repeat based on the delivery date, not the date they started. We should have the option to charge a customer in advance vs the day of the delivery. I modify the customers next billing date as soon as they sign up so they know when their order ill arrive, but i take the risk of not getting payment since its not paid before hand. Oh, and I am not sure if this is new or not, but I just saw there is now a 3% transaction fee. I am already paying almost 3% credit card fees and this jumps me to almost 6% in fees per transaction...

Very lively, fast responding customer support, helpful, and kind as well. 10/10 app that's very well designed, integrates well with any product, and is better than anything on the market so far.

Excellent customer service, especially with the initial setup.
There were a couple of minor issues with variants (fixed within a short time by their developer), and with incompatibility with our purchased theme (workaround - put the T&C's and description into a product metafile).
Looking forward to giving our customers what they have been asking for - a wine club where they get to choose what they have delivered and how often. Since the app is new for me, it's too early to comment on the final functioning of the app, however I'm sure they will continue their amazing customer support.

So far its good! To set up you must finish all steps. On step 3 click the first button and cut on the app. Then i went back and click start selling and i was in the dashboard. The chat reps are great, knowledgeable and ready to help!

Amazing and Simple app for setting up recurring orders, Upon download you will be contacted by their support team who will assist you through the entire setup process. I couldn't ask for more. Very streamlined and customizable to suit your websites color needs.
