Unfortunately, finally we didn't work with them because we need a very picky process. But Dwight and all the Referral team has done an amazing job. we really hope that they can develop soon the solution that we need so we can start working together.
I needed some things done to my account and Karen was able to help me with everything. She also went above and beyond to help me improve some things to make my pages look better.
She was very easy to work with.
We used this app to attract new customers via our loyal existing customer base. In around 6 weeks it's brought in around £800 in new sales, pretty impressive but I would say the success is down to a strong offer for advocates and referred friends.
Support has also been great, a super fast response on their on-page chat with knowledgable staff (special mention to Karen for answering endless questions).
