Beautiful App and great Support! I tried several affiliate apps but refers was the best for me. They really have made a great tool and they have great partnerships with publishers.
And the support is really great! Since I am just starting with Affiliate I have / had a lot of question, but Emma, Shakima and Courtney really helped me so much all the time!

Refersion so far has been great. Their staff is great with answering all of our questions via chat and provide us with great information to really optimize our affiliate program.
Sean is spectacular, he answers all our questions quickly and concisely and explains very well when he gives his seminars, we are very happy with him!

Works pretty well, and the developer is very responsive for fixing issues and interested to hear feature suggestions. Reports are very clunky, need an overhaul badly - have to be queued, slowly generated and sent via email, takes too many clicks to get a report. Admin does not work well on mobile which confuses some of our customers. Also dislike that all affiliate URLs are from refersion.com - effectively locks you into Refersion.

Our store had a problem with the tracking and refersion team followed up and solved the problem.
We use this app at https://thedrug.store/ and it has so far proved useful- however, the marketplace is a bit rubbish if you are a new site or brand. Don't expect influencers or affiliates to come to you.
Andre is a legend though and has helped us solve our issues with integration!
But if you are willing to engage with the affiliates yourself and get them signed up to Refersion, it's incredibly easy to manage, the customer service is great and cost effective.
