First time I've used an app to track customer journeys though my site and its working perfectly. Easy to install and set up, (well there is no set up - just turn it on!)
I've seen a couple of customer visits already.
Reference to Heatmap may be misleading if you are expecting some fancy reporting but as a free, session recording feature, it's faultless.
pretty good to see how people are acting on your website etc. recommend for whoever is starting up and needs to know how they are performing
