So far so good, I haven't had a chance to fully use it thoroughly but it seems to have potential compared to some.
Great app. Helps to review my store and what are the visitors expectations and take necessary actions to fix them. I thank the entire team.
I used this app to help me see what was going on in my store and it's awesome! Google Analytics doesn't come close to showing this type of user behaviour. Being able to see what people are doing on various pages of the website is great for optimization. Awesome app!

So far does exactly what it says it will and allows me to make adjustments to my site to increase conversions. Really great thus far,.
Mostly records my own visits and when it does capture someone else its very choppy footage with tags like "added to cart" when there wasn't.
Thanks for your review. We're taking a look at the add to cart issue. If you can re-install the app we'd better be able to assist you (you can keep session recording disabled if you wish - just hit the toggle on the top right side of the screen).
love it!!! there are problems sometime due to like lag of pictures. And the videos kind of got cut alot
