I'm genuinely surprised to see how it tracks customer behavior. There takes the mystery out of the question "what are customers doing on the site?"
why is this app not tracking add to cart and initiate checkout at all? if it doesn't do this then its pretty much useless just to see people viewing home and product pages

Just tried this for the very first time. Quite impressive but will need to take my time and see how effective it can be to understand the users' behavior.
Would be nice to have a collective heatmap from the most viewed pages tho.

Amazing app. why because of you can see visitors what they are looking for, for which product they are concentrating for, very helpful you can adjust your products etc. highly recommend it. Yes, 5 star I didn't came cross any better yet, do you?
