Looks good but I've not been using it for long. I'll come back and update where necessary - so far I like it.
UPDATE.
The app is good but we're aware that it doesn't capture ALL activity on the website! (noticeable missing activity when a customer has placed an order and no corresponding video to connect, so sometimes it's there and other times not). To ensure all activity is collected and reliable, we use Storeview as a backup.
I'll leave the rating at 4.
This is a great app it help with my Facebook ads because I had an 404 error that without this app it will difficult for me to see.

Sometimes, I am not able to see the URL on the bottom right hand side on the page, but they might fix the bug later.
This app is great. I can see exactly what my website visitors are doing. After only a few hours, I made some improvements to the site based on what was recorded.

I like how it records navigation while leaving out confidential data. A very useful app to understand customer navigation on your store.
