Reviews.io was a big help in collecting reviews. We were already doing ok with product reviews using another app but moving to Reviews.io helped us get our Google Local and Facebook reviews where they needed to be. Highly recommended.

Been using Reviews.io for some time now and I can't recommend them enough. Full of features, easy to use and create flows. Our reviews have more than tripled since signing up. Staff is also extremely responsive to any questions or issues we've had (none). Highly recommend them over the competition.

Amazing customer service extremely helpful and fast at responding to queries. They are always on hand via live chat which is very useful when trying to integrate widgets etc and easily guide you through the process :)
I have used other review apps with other sites I run but Reviews.io is by far the best one I have used so far. The easy integration with Shopify, simple setup of review rewards were all a great help and their Influencer and SMS capabilities aren't things I have seen anywhere else.
Shivangi, Amador and Kai are extremely friendly and knowledgeable.
They answered all my questions and did the technical setup on top of that.
I don't think there can be a better service. Thank you also to the other staff involved in the correspondence. Reviews app and service works very well, and I now have a system of Shopify-Reviews-Klaviyo that meshes neatly.
