Great service and customer support. Super easy and smooth integration to Shopify shop.
Actually, there are other competitors on the market doing the same. And generally speaking, we have moved to 17Track from Aftership due to great tracking update lag on the latter service. Recently we have moved from using DHL Globalmail as our main carrier to PostNL. And then we've got delays of up to 7 days from the actual shipment day till the tracking appeared on our Shopify store provided by Aftership. This was a nightmare for our customer support service :) And now, with 17Track tracking service we all sleep well :) Actual tracking information appears emediately.
